Give your brand moment a clear purpose.

Awareness, audience connection, or content worth sharing: start with what the activation should do.

Choose the job of the experience

A successful activation can mean different things: attracting attention, helping guests connect with a story, celebrating a team, or creating content people want to keep. Tell us which outcomes matter so the creative has a clear direction.

Use branding as part of the idea

Bring the campaign story along with the logo. A frame, backdrop, or visual treatment can help the experience belong to the event. We’ll review the artwork, approvals, and production requirements together.

Plan participation as carefully as the picture

Consider how guests discover the experience, where they wait, what they do, and what they leave with. Venue conditions and approximate participation help us shape a practical plan.

Discuss data capture explicitly

If collecting attendee information is part of the brief, raise that early. Data fields, permissions, delivery, and any system integration need a separate review. A branded photo alone does not establish that workflow.
