Let’s make a moment

A LITTLE CLARITY

Good questions.
Useful answers.

The things that help turn an idea into a plan. You can leave the technical details to the conversation.

01I’m not sure which experience I want. Where do I start?

Start with the occasion, who is coming, and what you want guests to remember. A rough guest count, date, location, and budget—if you have one—help us compare the right directions. You don’t need to choose equipment first.

02What’s the difference between photos, GIFs, and 360 video?

A photo captures one moment. A GIF combines moments into a short animation. A 360 video uses a moving camera to capture guests in motion. Tell us what you like about a reference and we’ll help compare formats for your event.

03Can we have prints as well as digital photos?

Tell us whether you want printed keepsakes, digital sharing, or both. We’ll confirm the format, quantities, and delivery options in your proposal so the guest takeaway matches your plan.

04Can the experience match our brand, theme, or wedding?

Yes—bring your logo, visual references, colors, or story. Custom photo framing and black-and-white portraits are options to discuss. We’ll review artwork, approvals, and production needs before confirming the creative.

05How much space, power, and setup time should we allow?

It depends on the format and venue. Share the available area, access route, nearby power, guest flow, and operating times. We’ll review the actual setup with you rather than give every experience the same footprint or arrival time.

06Can the experience be outdoors?

Tell us early if you’re considering an outdoor location. Power, weather coverage, the ground surface, and equipment protection may affect the plan. We’ll review the location and conditions before confirming suitability.

07Can we start while the venue or timing is still being decided?

Yes. Share what you know and flag what is flexible. We can begin the conversation, then confirm the venue address, operating times, access, and other production details before the event plan is finalized.

08Does submitting an inquiry reserve our date?

An inquiry starts the conversation. Availability is not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed. We’ll review the scope and availability, then share a proposal with the specific booking, payment, and cancellation terms for your event.
