Event planning · OMG Booth

The few details that make planning easier.

Date, location, guest flow, and a little context. Here’s what helps us shape the right starting point.

Share the occasion and the date

Tell us what you’re planning and when. If the date or venue is still being decided, say so. Flexible details are a useful part of the brief, and starting a conversation does not reserve a date.

Give us a sense of your people

A rough guest count and a little audience context help us think about participation and flow. Are people dropping in throughout a conference, gathering for a reception, or celebrating a personal milestone?

Separate the event time from the operating time

Let us know when you want the experience open to guests. If your venue needs an early arrival, a quiet setup window, or a break in operation, flag that too. We’ll confirm the production schedule with the scope.

Think about the setting

Venue access, available space, power, and indoor or outdoor conditions can affect the experience. You don’t need to measure everything before reaching out. Share what you know so the team can ask the next useful question.
